25 Questions to Ask Your Child to Build Connection
What is Connection?
Connection is being emotionally present. While being present together, connection allows for us to build a deeper understanding of one another. It allows us to know a person for who they are.

Why is Connection Important?
When you take the time to connect with your child it tells them that they are important, they matter and that they are loved. Connecting with your child also boosts their self esteem.
Know Before You Start
When asking the following questions, it is important to remember to stay present in the conversation. Make a plan to connect with your child for 15-30 minutes a day without distraction. AVOID SCREENS. Practice the skill of listening. Train yourself to listen to your child without judgment or expectations.
